Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and document age- and culturally-appropriate bio-psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, substance use, and medical needs.

• Provide direct behavioral health services, including counseling, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate electronic records of individual and group counseling sessions, progress notes, and suicide risk assessments to facilitate continuity of care.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and community resources, ensuring access to social services, medication assistance programs, and support networks.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with healthcare providers and Quality Improvement teams to develop processes for data collection and analysis to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the needs of varying demographics, addressing cultural, social, and economic factors in treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
