Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Show cultural competence and sensitivity to address the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely client documentation and follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community mental health settings or those proficient in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly valued. Experience in crisis intervention and working with marginalized populations is also a strong plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
