Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment that supports work-life balance. Your standard work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to meet patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment approaches align with patients’ cultural contexts.

• Provide engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health challenges, fostering resilience, and supporting overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and leverage multidisciplinary teams for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to aid in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the integrity of patient records.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training, enhancing your skills and contributing to shared knowledge within the practice.

• Stay current with developments in mental health research, best practices, and cultural considerations pertinent to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the ability to practice cultural competence in therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.
\n
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to cultivate rapport with a wide range of clients.
\n
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications necessary for efficient operation.
\n
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing clear professional boundaries.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting to achieve comprehensive care goals.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience in working with culturally diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery methods is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
