HR Coordinator

A growing, fast-moving organization in Chicago is looking to add an HR Coordinator to their team. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative HR group where you will get exposure across onboarding, benefits, and employee relations while working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build depth and grow into a specialist path. Responsibilities Lead company-wide new hire onboarding sessions Manage onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish Support benefits administration and respond to employee questions Maintain HRIS and ensure employee data stays accurate Help drive compliance across HR processes and policies Partner on employee relations matters and elevate when appropriate Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator-type role Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, and employee questions Comfortable presenting to groups and communicating across teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities What sets you apart Experience onboarding large groups at once Strong presence and confidence when leading sessions Interest in growing within HR long-term Ability to pivot quickly and stay on top of competing priorities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
