Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to develop effective, personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.

• Implement advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises while ensuring integration of state-of-the-art technology in rehabilitation.

• Document patient progress meticulously and prepare clinical summaries to communicate findings and adjustments to other medical professionals involved in the patients' care.

• Engage in regular follow-up calls to maintain communication with current and prospective clients while providing time for documentation during work hours.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists in the clinic to share insights and contribute to a holistic treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on a motivated patient base, consisting mainly of athletic individuals aged 35 and older. This includes a mix of elite athletes and active professionals who understand the importance of rehabilitation and actively participate in their healing journey. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist a small number of children and teens dealing with orthopedic conditions. Our clients are eager to follow home programs and make lifestyle adjustments, which creates a rewarding environment where their progress becomes your success.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Strong background in manual therapy techniques and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

• Ability to foster relationships with clients and inspire them on their wellness journeys.

• Willingness to engage in teaching small group fitness classes of 3-6 participants as part of community outreach.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Pilates instruction or certification, along with NAIOMT training and IASTM techniques.

• Experience working with vestibular and post-concussion patients is highly valued and will be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
