Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide individualized and family-oriented therapy sessions tailored to the identified needs of each patient, employing best practices in therapy methodologies.

• Efficiently complete required documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified deadlines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to empower clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Facilitate the creation of effective discharge plans, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support for patients leaving treatment.

• Ensure compliance with all current state and federal laws, regulations, and NEHS policies and procedures related to mental health care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.

• Engage actively in case consultation and participate in agency-wide meetings to share insights and best practices.

• Complete all licensing requirements and mandatory training to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications\n
