Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct direct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and other mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with agency standards and state licensing requirements.

• Collaboratively engage in treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, contributing valuable insights into patient progress and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to a diverse demographic of clients, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices, particularly for mood disorders, with a focus on achieving successful therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
