Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans in partnership with clients, outlining specific therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community engagement and personal growth among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve adult and adolescent clients facing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Your work will focus on empowering clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs through personalized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
