Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy to promote client well-being and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met.

You will be working primarily with individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
