Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Compassion Wave Pathway, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the mental health and well-being of your clients. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Providing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, informed by best practices and client preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to devise coordinated care strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Participating in regular consultations and peer review sessions to engage in reflective practice and enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Offering educational resources and support to clients and their families, ensuring they understand issues related to mental health, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health treatments and integrating new knowledge into your practice.
• Managing a full case load of clients, tracking progress toward treatment goals, and adhering to professional ethical standards as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
