Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions remotely, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.
• Perform crisis management interventions swiftly when urgent situations arise, demonstrating a calm and focused approach to de-escalation.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on thorough intake assessments and continuous evaluations to track progress.
• Maintain detailed progress notes adhering to clinic policies, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals to share insights and foster a multidisciplinary approach to each student’s care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily serve adolescents and young adults in the school setting, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of these students, helping them to navigate their academic environment while promoting mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working as an LCSW, specifically with a focus on the adolescent population in a mental health or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and established protocols to effectively handle emergency situations.
• Exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborative partnerships with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings, integrating mental health services into a school system.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

Rebuild Your Thoughts Therapy Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
