Work Environment

As a part of our school-based program, the successful candidate will primarily work in a remote setting, collaborating with schools to facilitate mental health interventions. The position is full-time, offering a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although flexibility may be required to accommodate the varying needs of students and families. You may occasionally need to provide support during evenings or weekends to adapt to client needs, and participation in on-call situations may also be necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, incorporating emotional, educational, and social factors to create tailored strategies for intervention.
• Collaborate closely with students, parents, and school staff to develop personalized care plans that align with each child's specific goals, learning styles, and developmental milestones.
• Provide counseling sessions to students dealing with emotional and transitional challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster resilience and coping skills.
• Act as an advocate for students' rights, promoting access to necessary educational and community resources that can enhance their overall well-being.
• Work in concert with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and community organizations, to ensure integrated support for students.
• Regularly monitor students' progress and well-being through scheduled check-ins and assessments, adjusting care plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on building social skills and emotional resilience among students.
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and family interactions to track each student's journey and ensure compliance with ethical practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
