Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work from home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with adolescent clients using live video platforms, ensuring a safe and empathetic environment for discussion.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers to formulate integrated treatment plans that address the diverse needs of clients.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and therapeutic measures to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment goals accordingly.
• Engage in continuous professional development and receive guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation through a streamlined therapist portal designed for ease of use, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will focus on providing care to adolescents facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients of varying backgrounds and experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to adolescents, preferably within a school context or a similar work setting.
• Previous familiarity with telehealth practices and online therapeutic platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge and application of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
