Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while providing professional support to students across various Cherry Hill schools. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical evaluations to understand the unique needs of each student, employing standardized assessment tools and observational methods.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on evaluation results, ensuring alignment with the specific circumstances and goals of each student.
• Providing direct counseling services via teletherapy, utilizing evidence-based interventions aimed at enhancing coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role centers on supporting a diverse population of students who may face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.
