Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying their specific treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, focusing on the goals and challenges unique to each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to create an integrated care plan involving regular consultations with psychiatrists and case managers to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
