Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients through structured interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into consideration their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective treatment interventions.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote ongoing wellness.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.
