HR Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in workforce solutions, is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and a solid understanding of employment laws, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Kahului, HI What's the Job? Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes Oversee and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) activities Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams across regions to facilitate recruitment and workforce planning Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization Prepare and distribute reports related to requisitions, recruiting, and hiring activities to support strategic decision-making What's Needed? Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field Effective communication skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with ATS and VMS platforms, including report generation and user training Willingness to travel in personal vehicle as needed for work-related activities What's in it for me?
