Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied caseload of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or a PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While clinical experience is mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling is highly desirable, as familiarity with virtual therapy tools can enhance the therapeutic alliance with patients.
