Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement patient-centered therapy approaches, ensuring adherence to established treatment goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, creating detailed progress notes that reflect their journey towards recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and engage in crisis management as necessary, demonstrating skilled de-escalation techniques.

• Advocate for patients by identifying and connecting them with additional services as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with clinic standards, ensuring all records are timely and legible.

• Monitor and document any changes in clients’ behavior, promptly reporting concerns to the treatment team.

• Manage your schedule effectively to meet the needs of a diverse caseload, ensuring a balanced approach to therapy workload.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse population within the Modesto area, addressing varying levels of mental health issues ranging from mild anxiety and depression to complex trauma cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A state-issued independent license, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, is mandatory (limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted).
