Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, leading to tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Ensure ethical standards by maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to refine your clinical expertise, stay current with emerging therapeutic practices, and enhance client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients that our therapists serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills, enabling you to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental understanding towards clients’ experiences.

• Ability to manage a varied caseload through effective organizational and time-management skills.
