Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a professional and empathetic therapeutic environment. Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to client needs, employing solution-focused techniques for effective therapy outcomes. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and challenges. Facilitate client insight by exploring their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to foster understanding and growth. Monitor progress within the treatment plans, making data-driven adjustments to interventions as required. Support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental health effectively. Patient Population / Client Focus As a therapist at Montage Health Care Inc., you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Clients may seek support for various issues, including anxiety, stress management, depression, relationship challenges, and other life transitions. The aim is to help them achieve improved emotional and psychological well-being, enhancing their overall quality of life. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. You must possess one of the following licenses, allowing you to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates must hold a clean professional license without any disciplinary actions and cannot maintain a limited or provisional license. Exceptional interpersonal skills, compassion, and a strong commitment to ethical practice are paramount for this role. Strong computer literacy is essential, as therapists will utilize a specialized platform for client management and documentation. Preferred Experience While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling and a solid understanding of digital platforms will have a competitive edge. Compensation and Benefits At Montage Health Care Inc., we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and availability.
