Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this job promotes a flexible work schedule that caters to the needs of both our clients and therapists. While the standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required depending on patient availability and need. You will leverage telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, engage in team meetings, and collaborate with medical professionals, facilitating a seamless treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations, paying particular attention to how medical conditions impact psychological well-being.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical issues, ensuring comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide individual therapy and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's situation, which may include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities.

• Work alongside medical providers to facilitate coordinated care and effective treatment outcomes, ensuring the continuity of care and addressing any interrelated health concerns.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and effective de-escalation strategies.

• Educate patients on the interconnections between mental and physical health, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary care planning to continuously improve treatment protocols and engagement strategies.

• Stay updated on relevant research findings, best practices, and advancements in integrated care to enhance treatment effectiveness continuously.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proven expertise in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical complexities.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating with medical teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
