Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify unique patient needs while developing tailored treatment plans that foster individual growth and recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to maximize positive patient outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic approaches to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community to enhance their understanding and involvement in their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
