Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and tailoring personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support and safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mental Harbor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
