Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your contributions will directly impact the well-being of our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing platforms to deliver engaging and effective therapeutic interactions.

• Conducting thorough assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' backgrounds, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, paving the way for tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs, continually adjusting strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community partners, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of client progress and treatment interventions through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. By offering a range of therapeutic approaches, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active license to practice independently without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no provisional or disciplinary restrictions.

• Proficiency in technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

• Strong evaluation, decision-making, and treatment planning capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n
