Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing you with direct interaction with patients in their homes and various community settings. Our working hours span from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending to 8:00 p.m. You may also participate in community outreach events or health fairs on weekends, engaging with individuals who may benefit from our services. The typical workload is around 40 hours per week, offering a balanced work-life dynamic while making a substantive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in a home care setting, ensuring personalized and culturally sensitive approaches.
• Diagnose and effectively manage acute and chronic medical conditions, while emphasizing preventive care techniques and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with local community organizations to create and implement educational health programs targeted at addressing specific health disparities.
• Advocate for patients’ rights, aiming to improve access to healthcare services and support for underserved populations.
• Coordinate comprehensive referrals and follow-up care plans, fostering continuity in patient care.
• Document detailed and accurate medical records, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Restoring Healthcare Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
