Work Environment

This position is onsite at a local school in West Islip, allowing you to engage directly with the student population and their families. Our clinic operates in an encouraging, collaborative environment that values each team member's input. With a typical work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., you may also participate in evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. and engage in community outreach on weekends as needed, ensuring a well-rounded interaction with the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families, identifying key health needs.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, delivering both preventive care and health promotion services.
• Develop and implement health education programs tailored to community needs, collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Provide culturally sensitive and compassionate care, advocating for patients to enhance their access to necessary services.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers for referrals and ensure effective follow-up care, promoting continuity in patient treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
