Work Environment

The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite at an Assisted Living Facility in Seaford, New York, a vibrant community rich in diversity. The work schedule generally runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. The average workweek encompasses approximately 40 hours, along with potential involvement in weekend health fairs and outreach events aimed at enhancing community wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for residents, addressing both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
