Work Environment

Our clinical team works in a supportive and collegial atmosphere, where collaboration and open communication are encouraged. The typical work week consists of approximately 40 hours, primarily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends is also expected, reflecting our commitment to community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings to evaluate the physical and mental health of individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions through evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with local healthcare organizations to implement educational programs that promote awareness and prevention of common health issues.
• Deliver culturally competent care by understanding and respecting the backgrounds and needs of diverse patient populations.
• Advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring access to necessary health resources and follow-up care.
• Document and maintain comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate actively in community health fairs and outreach efforts, providing screenings and health education to improve public awareness.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your experience and qualifications, Graceful Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year.
