Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be primarily remote, with the flexibility to engage with clients in an outpatient office setting as needed. Our therapists work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a balanced work-life dynamic that supports personal well-being. The remote nature of this role allows you to develop a comfortable workspace while ensuring you remain connected with both clients and colleagues through virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be tasked with a variety of important responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and strengths in order to craft individualized therapy plans that address their unique situations.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on best practices that are tailored to each client's progress, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or family therapy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and progress within our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facilitating continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers, fostering a culture of openness and teamwork where best practices and insights are regularly shared.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and additional training that enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotional and psychological obstacles, ultimately guiding them towards recovery and improved mental health outcomes. Your role extends beyond just providing therapy; you will create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to pursue their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical practice experience, demonstrating a commitment to the mental health profession.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Experience with EMR systems is preferred, as it will enhance efficiency in documenting client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While the essential qualifications outlined above are key, experience in trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or group therapy facilitation will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
