This remote position offers flexibility while providing a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments via video conferencing to identify patient needs, concerns, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to provide support, community, and education on mental health topics.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
