Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, ensuring that co-occurring disorders are accurately identified and addressed.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate tailored, evidence-based therapies and interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on the development of essential coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and emotional regulation techniques.

• Work actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, maintaining open lines of communication for the best possible client outcomes.

• Regularly monitor substance use and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients in their recovery journeys.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually.
