Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing trusting relationships while maintaining ethical boundaries and professional integrity.

• Conduct regular virtual sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, ensuring continuity of care and support.

• Develop person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique journey, implementing and adjusting these plans as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, maintaining a growth mindset in all aspects of your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are geared towards individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania, unrestricted and independently practice-ready.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with clients.

• Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms, including but not limited to RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong understanding of clinical assessment and intervention techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting utilizing telehealth technologies.

• Specialization or training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments remotely and developing immediate plans of action with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Saint Agnes Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
