Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Physical Therapist at Vitality Care Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for clients, primarily children, to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Regularly assessing patient progress through reassessment of clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment goals and modalities as necessary.
• Documenting care activities meticulously using our electronic record management system, including detailed SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Providing education and resources for patients and their families about the recovery process, potential challenges, and strategies for successful rehabilitation.
• Meeting minimum utilization and productivity goals while contributing to broader organizational objectives.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients requiring multiple services.
• Actively participating in the clinic's culture, embodying our core values of compassion, professionalism, and excellence while serving as an ambassador for our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Physical Therapist position will possess the following:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
