Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their eligibility for early intervention services.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) designed to meet the specific needs of each child and family.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance child development.
\n
• Develop strong, trusting rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive learning environment.
\n
• Offer families valuable resources and coaching to enhance their child's development, ensuring they feel empowered in their role.

• Adhere to all relevant Federal and State regulations governing service delivery.
\n
• Comply with all health and safety standards to maintain a secure environment for both staff and those we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner to support their needs and foster child growth. This role demands not only clinical skills but also an understanding of family dynamics to promote the child's developmental trajectory within their natural settings.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure by the Department of Public Health; LCSW designation is required.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Understanding of and commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Valid driver's license for occasional travel as necessary.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
