We operate from our outpatient office and uphold a work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusted hours to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, gathering patient information to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, combined with a strong commitment to cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive methods.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed during challenging situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
