Subcontracts Administrator - Growth Lead

Responsibilities Lead all subcontract-related tasks across the capture lifecycle Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations Develop competitive sourcing strategies Surface risks early by driving cross-functional alignment with capture, pricing, contracts, and technical teams Manage subcontractor engagement and sourcing strategy during capture and proposal development Coordinate all subcontract-related inputs for proposals Ensure small business and socioeconomic considerations are incorporated Analyze capture requirements, identify subcontracting risks, gaps, and opportunities Prepare and deliver subcontractor status updates, risk assessments, and pricing insights to leadership and capturing stakeholders Support continuous improvement across the proposal subcontracting process Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, contracts, supply chain, government acquisition, or related business field 3+ years supporting federal subcontracting, procurement, or proposal development in FAR-based environments Technical skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience developing RFX’s to suppliers Analyzing subcontractor proposals Negotiating agreements or terms Working in source-to-pay or contract management systems Strong understanding of subcontracting processes throughout capture and proposal phases Ability to identify risks and troubleshoot issues Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams, external partners, and executive leadership Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
