Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mountain Springs Wellness, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, performing diagnostic and functional evaluations, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Providing brief, focused therapeutic interventions that empower clients to address mental health challenges efficiently.
\n
• Actively collaborating with primary care providers to manage and treat psychosocial issues, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment updates in electronic health records (EHR) to maintain accurate clinical data.

• Educationally empowering clients to develop self-management skills for their mental health, guiding them in making healthier lifestyle choices.

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to best practices for program evaluation and client outcomes.

• Providing consultation on behavioral health services to clinic management to enhance our service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those in need of crisis intervention. You will contribute to fostering a culture of inclusion and support, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment tools, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and track patient progress effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
