Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to design holistic care strategies.

• Use electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
