Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients in hospice settings, focusing on their unique emotional and social needs.

• Participate in quality assurance (QA/QI) initiatives by evaluating and auditing client documentation, ensuring compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with healthcare professionals and family members to address client care plans effectively.
\n
• Manage intern recruitment and onboarding processes to align with agency goals; this includes planning and coordinating recruitment events that promote internships.
\n
• Facilitate ongoing training and workshops for interns to ensure they adhere to ever-evolving federal, state, and county requirements.
\n
• Monitor and coordinate intern caseloads and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and documentation for each intern's progress.
\n
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment by promptly addressing maintenance and safety concerns with management.
\n
• Prepare and submit various reports and documentation as requested by the Director, ensuring all records remain accurate and compliant.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation in both crisis and non-crisis situations, ensuring timely support for clients and interns alike.
\n
• Ensure that client files are meticulously maintained in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and families who are facing the complexities of emotional and social challenges associated with end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• You must possess an independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records is essential.

• You must currently reside in the United States and have access to a reliable internet connection to facilitate telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
