Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and modifying interventions based on feedback and clinical judgment.

• Document sessions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Engage in professional development activities, participating in training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and keep current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients coping with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Required educational background includes a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
