Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to ascertain patient needs and inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to address the specific concerns of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, helping to cultivate a strong sense of community among clients grappling with similar issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that integrates various perspectives and interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, responding promptly to mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and support.

• Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their mental health journey.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated competency in conducting mental health assessments and developing innovative treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy within community health or outpatient settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice, including adherence to professional boundaries and confidentiality standards.

• Familiarity with EHR systems to efficiently manage patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
