Work Environment\n

As a member of our remote team, you will be integral to our school-based psychotherapy initiatives. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the counseling needs and mental health status of students.

• Utilizing the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to assess clients for potential substance abuse and determine the appropriate level of care, guided by the ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) standards.

• Designing and preparing tailored treatment plans focused on substance abuse counseling, incorporating individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions.
\n
• Developing comprehensive discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate seamless transitions for clients into varying levels of support.
\n
• Documenting all therapeutic interactions, educational services, and client assessments meticulously in clinical records.
\n
• Managing an active caseload with attention to case management, treatment planning, and regular utilization reviews.
\n
• Coordinating vital support services for clients and their families while ensuring accurate records of all services provided are maintained.
\n
• Engaging with referral sources such as schools, legal entities, and employers to develop a robust support network for clients.
\n
• Implementing interventions for crisis situations, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve students and their families, addressing issues ranging from mental health challenges to substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in advocating for and facilitating recovery for young individuals, helping to promote a positive school culture that focuses on mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LCSW license and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, determined based on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
