Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and empathetic evaluations of client mental health needs, utilizing various techniques to gauge emotional and psychological states.

• Provide counseling and therapy services to individuals and groups, addressing a spectrum of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and progress notes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, adhering to licensing board regulations and best practices in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
