Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Employ behavioral methods and clinical interventions that support the ongoing development and resilience of clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
