Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of students facing various mental health challenges. This includes adolescents coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions that address the specific needs of youth clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of trusting therapeutic relationships with students and their families.
