Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed information about new clients, effectively identifying their unique needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain meticulous records, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and transfer assessments as required, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Actively participate in the Behavioral Health Department by coordinating specialized programs that enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Engage in regular case reviews and team collaborations to discuss and strategize on client care, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques.

• Advocate for and assist in the development of community resources aimed at promoting mental health awareness and preventive services, expanding the scope of obtainable support for clients.

Qualifications\n
