Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all client interactions promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards to maintain compliance and quality care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment and evaluation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavioral support plans that drive client success.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continual improvement of our service standards.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance resource access for clients.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to secure partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and state task forces relevant to your field.

• Champion the organization’s mission, values, and philosophy during all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
