Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, diseases, or surgeries, employing evidence-based practices to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques to alleviate pain and enhance mobility, ensuring each treatment plan is personalized to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Document patient progress meticulously, track treatment responses, and make necessary adjustments to therapies and objectives to align with each patient's recovery journey.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and strategies to ensure compliance with treatment plans, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Stay updated on industry practices and methods through continuing education, workshops, and engagement with professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications

• An accredited Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Certification in CPR is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients during their treatments.

Compensation and Benefits
