Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional capabilities and needs to create personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically handling one patient per hour, guaranteeing dedicated attention to each individual.
• Outline and implement cost-effective treatment options aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and reducing their reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Develop evidence-based care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs tailored to strengthen patients' physical capabilities while promoting overall health.
• Provide motivation and encouragement throughout the treatment process to help patients achieve their personal recovery goals.
• Document patient care services accurately and maintain clear communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress and outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust care plans based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The majority of our patients are individuals suffering from orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida is mandatory, demonstrating that you meet local standards for patient care.
• An impeccable professional record without disciplinary actions related to licensure.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a demonstrated history of successfully developing and implementing exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience practicing as a Physical Therapist within orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred, equipping you with insights and skills pertinent to this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
